Requirements
- Minimum of one year of security experience
- Excellent Customer Service, English language & communication abilities
- Must be comfortable walking, standing, patrolling
- A Valid Ontario Security Guard License is required

- Emergency response to fire & life safety emergencies
- Providing outstanding, personalized customer service
- Operate condo building systems (report writing, daily logs, parcel logs)
- Access control
- Surveillance (alarm & CCTV systems)
- Patrolling, as required
- Guest management, including guest.
